Police issued Czajkowski traffic tickets and he was released.
Further investigation found that the name and birthdate Czajkowski gave the officer were not his.
The officer obtained Czajkowski's actual name and date of birth and discovered that he, too, had a license that had been revoked, police said.
Czajkowski gave the officer false information to conceal his real identity, police said.
On Wednesday, he was arrested for false personation and taken to police headquarters for processing.
Czajkowski was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear Jan. 20 in the Yorktown Justice Court.
