Lajqi was processed at the scene and issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Yorktown Court September 13.

He was released on his own recognizance and the dogs were taken to the ASPCA to be quarantined.

Just last week, a 49-year-old Yorktown woman was issued a summons for allowing two aggressive dogs to run around the preserve unrestrained.

The Daily Voice identified the woman as Bora Lajqi.
