Yorktown Resident Charged With Felony DWI

CORTLANDT, NY — State Police in Troop K said they removed 15 impaired drivers from public roadways over the March 9 weekend. One of the accused is a Yorktown resident.

On March 10, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Nicholas A. Falcone, 28, of Yorktown, NY, for DWI with a prior conviction within 10 years, a class E felony.

He was traveling on State Route 202 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
