Yorktown Supervisor's Son Charged with Theft

Police allege that he stole $3,000 while at a party.

Henry W. Grace, 22, of 959 Hanover St., is due in Yorktown town court Aug. 18 to answer a charge of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.

Police said they were called July 12 to investigate a larceny of $3,000 in cash from a Yorktown residence on Crompond Road.

They accuse Grace of having taken the money from a security box during a party at the house.

Grace was arrested in February of 2012 and again in May 2012. Both times he was involved in a police chase and was alleged to have stolen a car. In the first incident, police also accused him of being under the influence of drugs.
