Yorktown Teen In Domestic Dispute Also Fought With Cops: Police

The 19-year-old refused commands to stop fighting them, police said.

YORKTOWN, NY — Police were called to a Mohegan Lake residence at 1:58 a.m. Sunday. A 19-year-old man who they were told was involved in a domestic dispute attempted to stop them from investigating, they said.

Bryan Illescas pushed one officer and then fought with both, then ignored commands to stop resisting, police alleged. Ultimately he was placed under arrest and then transported to Yorktown Police Headquarters.

He is charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors.
