Yorktown Woman Faces Theft Charges
Police said the woman shoplifted clothes and jewelry from Sears.
Yorktown, NY — A 59-year-old woman was arrested in Yorktown for stealing clothes and jewelry.
Fabiola Josefina Rodriguez of Hemlock Circle was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny, Yorktown police said.

On June 22, 2016, around 6:45 p.m., police said they went to Sears for a shoplifter in custody.

Rodriguez allegedly stole a dress and four jewelry items, with a total value of $134, police said.
She was taken to police headquarters where she was processed and released on her own recognizance.

Rodriguez is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court July 26, 2016 at 6 p.m.
