• Runnin' Bulldogs Upended by Western Carolina, 11-1 (gwusports.com) — Gardner-Webb’s baseball team fell 11–1 to Western Carolina on Tuesday night at John Henry Moss Stadium in Boiling Springs, with their offense limited to just three hits and a solo homer by Drew Ripepi. The Runnin’ Bulldogs now look to rebound in a key Big South home series against Winthrop starting Friday at 6 p.m. at Bill Masters Field.
