Charlotte police have charged two men after a missing Uber driver's vehicle was found in Maryland overnight. He, sadly, remains missing.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte police have charged two men in the case related to the disappearance of a Charlotte Uber driver who went missing Saturday night after his credit card was used and his vehicle found in Maryland.
Marlo Johnis Medina-Chevez, 44, left his home in the 6900 block of Ayrshire Glen Place Saturday night, May 20 around 9:45 p.m. to pick up a client, but never returned, his wife told police Sunday morning. “Mr. Medina-Chevez’s friends and family have not heard from or seen him and they are extremely concerned,” a CMPD statement said Sunday evening.
Medina-Chevez was driving a 2008 dark blue Nissan Pathfinder with North Carolina tag PDV-4382. He is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and black eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey short sleeve shirt, jeans and sandals.
