Queen City Drive Hotel Hit Again In Armed Robbery

A Quality Inn on Queen City Drive was robbed early Thursday morning, according to CMPD.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- An armed robbery suspect entered a west Charlotte hotel in the predawn hours of Thursday morning, brandished a weapon and took property before fleeing, according to Charlotte police.

The robbery occurred around 1 a.m. at the Quality Inn hotel at 3515 Queen City Drive in Charlotte, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said.

The suspect in the July 20 armed robbery had a tattoo on his forearm, according to CMPD.
The suspect in the July 20 armed robbery is described as a black male, about five-foot nine-inches tall, with a medium build and wearing dark clothing. He as a tattoo on his left forearm.

CMPD asks anyone with information about the case call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
