14 People Arrested In Cornelius Last Week: Police Department
Cornelius police busted a "speed competition" and nabbed two individuals for underage drinking, according to the police blotter.

CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius police made 14 arrests last week, charging individuals with a range of crimes from drug possession to felony stalking. Officers also nabbed a driver for conducting a “speed competition,” according to the most recent police blotter.
Cornelius officers issued 49 citations last week, including two for underage drinking, nine for driving with a revoked license, five for driving with no license, six for expired tags and five for failure to wear a seatbelt.
Eight crime incidents were reported last week, including three cases of larceny and two vehicle breaking and enterings, CPD said.
