CORNELIUS, NC — Officers made four arrests this week in Cornelius for charges that included trespassing, resisting an officer, assault and filing a false police report, according to the police blotter.

  • Rubin Eugene Carr, 32, was arrested Dec. 30 on West Catawba Avenue, charged with injury to personal property and second degree trespass
  • Ricky Dale Sundgren, 50, was arrested Jan. 1 on South Ferry Street, charged with resisting a public officer
  • Elton Maurice David, 40, was arrested Jan. 2 on Statesville Road, charged with assault on a female
  • Olwin Ledly Brown, 29, was arrested Jan. 3 on Chagrin Drive, charged with false report to a police station
