5 Arrested In Cornelius Last Week: Police Blotter
Cornelius police cited seven individuals for possession of marijuana this past week.

CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius police made five arrests this past week, with charges ranging from driving while impaired to resisting an officer and possession of a stolen vehicle, according to the department’s police blotter.
One case of larceny of a vehicle was reported on One Norman Boulevard, and one breaking and entering of a vehicle occurred on Kenton Drive.
Cornelius officers also issued 40 citations last week, including four for driving while impaired, seven for possession of marijuana, eight for seat belt violations and one for failure to stop for a stopped school bus.
