Chief Of Police Speaking At ‘Connecting Cornelius’ Event Feb. 4
Cornelius residents are invited to hear a presentation by the town's new chief of police, Kevin Black, and ask questions of town leaders.

CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius residents will have an opportunity to meet the town’s new chief of police and ask questions of town leaders, including Cornelius Mayor Woody Washam and town commissioners, during a breakfast presentation on Feb. 4.
The hour-long “Connecting Cornelius” event will begin at 8:30 a.m. at Harvey’s, located at 19906 North Cove Road.
Say town officials: “Come enjoy coffee and breakfast while you hear from the newly inducted Chief of Police, Kevin Black. We are extending the Q&A session at the end, so be sure to come with questions for Chief Black, Mayor Washam, Town Manager Andrew Grant, and the Town Commissioners.”
