Child Abuse, DWI, Larceny: 9 Arrests Reported In Cornelius

CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius police arrested nine individuals over the holidays, with charges ranging from driving while intoxicated, larceny, assault on a female and child abuse, according to the most recent police blotter.

Two cases of vehicle break-ins, one commercial break-in and one stolen vehicle were also reported to police last week.

CPD issued 50 citations this past week, including 22 for speed-related offenses, six citations for failing to wear a seat belt, eight for expired registration card/tag and four for no operators license.
