Cornelius Outdoor Cinema: ‘Hotel Transylvania 3’ Showing Saturday
The Town of Cornelius is showing "Hotel Transylvania 3" this weekend in Smithville Park. Here's all you need to know to get in on the fun.
CORNELIUS, NC — Fans of free outdoor family movies will have an opportunity to take one in this weekend in Cornelius. “Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation” will be playing on the big (blow up) screen in Smithville Park Saturday, Sept. 21.
The Outdoor Cinema Series is sponsored by the Town of Cornelius and brings popular family-friendly movies to town parks throughout the summer months.
Smithville Park is located at 19710 South Ferry Street in Cornelius.

Here's what the Town of Cornelius says about the movie series:
- All movies will be shown on our inflatable "blimp" screen, are free and open to the public.
- Movie dates, time, and location are subject to change.
- Don't forget to bring your lawn chairs and blankets! (Coolers and picnic baskets are welcome. NO glass bottles or containers, tobacco products, smoking, e-cigs, pets or open flames.)
- Concessions will be available for purchase.
Weather permitting, movies will begin at dusk (approximately 8:30 p.m.) Some movies are edited for general content.
