Cornelius Police Blotter: Two Charged For Resisting Arrest
The Cornelius Police Department made seven arrests recently, Here's the latest from the town's blotter.
CORNELIUS, NC -- The Cornelius Police Department made seven arrests recently, for crimes that included driving while impaired, possession of marijuana, and underage drinking. One woman who was stopped on Interstate 77 was arrested and charged with six offenses, including failure to stop for a siren, resisting an officer and possession of marijuana.
During the four-day reporting period between Dec. 20 and Dec. 23, CPD also issued 16 citations, including five speeding tickets. There were two car break-ins reported and seven cases of larceny reported, according to CPD
