Town Board Unanimously Adopts FY21 Budget

On Thursday, June 18, 2020, the Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted the 2020-2021 fiscal year budget for the Town of Cornelius.

All are welcome to review the approved budget along with the Manager’s Recommended FY21 Budget presentation shared with the Board of Commissioners on Monday, June 1.

The annual budget is a funding plan that outlines where revenues will come from and how tax dollars will be spent in a given fiscal year. Each year, the Town is required to adopt a new budget that details sources of revenues and spending authority.
