CORNELIUS, NC — The days are growing warmer, which means festival season is upon us here in the Lake Norman region. There's plenty to look forward to this month, from the North Carolina Brewers and Music festival to a bike expo, arts and jazz festivals, as well as the upcoming dragon boat races.

Here's a list of 19 events planned around Cornelius, Huntersville and Davidson to look forward to in May, according to Visit Lake Norman:
