Larceny, Possession Of Stolen Goods, DWI: 10 Arrests In Cornelius
Cornelius Police made 10 arrests this week, and a resident reported a home break-in. Here's a roundup of crime reports around town.
CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius police arrested 10 individuals last week on charges ranging from habitual larceny to driving while impaired, assault on a female and possession of stolen goods, according to the most recent police blotter.
A home break-in was reported on Meridian Street Jan. 24, and four other cases of larceny were reported throughout town, according to police. A vehicle was broken into on Bailey Road on Jan. 27.
CPD issued 74 citations this past week, including 46 for speed-related offenses, six for expired tags or registration, four for marijuana possession and three for driving while license revoked.
