Police Search For Driver Who Hit Motorcyclist, Fled The Scene
Police are looking for a gray sedan with ride side damage after a hit-and run crash in Cornelius Thursday night.

CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a vehicle driven by a woman who hit a motorcycle and left it’s driver injured before fleeing the scene.
The crash occurred late Thursday evening and the vehicle was seen leaving the area of Catawba Avenue and Smith Circle around 10:50 p.m., CPD said.
“The suspect appears to be a female and was driving a gray in color four-door passenger car and should have damage to the right side of the car,” CPD said.
