Stolen Vehicles, Assaults, DWI: 11 Arrests In Cornelius
Cornelius Police charged three men with possession of a stolen motor vehicle last week. Here's a roundup of crime reports around town.
CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius police arrested 11 individuals last week on charges ranging from possession of a stolen motor vehicle to resisting an officer and assault on a female, according to the most recent police blotter.
Four cases of fraud and two cases of larceny were reported to police last week. A vehicle break-in was reported on Torrence Chapel Road and a commercial breaking and entering was reported on Chartwell Center Drive, police said.
CPD issued 48 citations this past week, including 20 for speed-related offenses, eight for driving with a revoked license, and six for expired tags or registration.
