18 Nabbed For Speeding In Davidson, 2 Cars Stolen: Police Blotter
Two vehicles were stolen recently in Davidson. Here's a rundown of other crimes reported around town.
DAVIDSON, NC — Two vehicles were stolen in Davidson last week, according to Davidson Police Department.
Both incidents occurred on Friday, Feb. 7, on South Main Street and Northwest Drive, police said.
The only other crime reported in town recently was a misdemeanor case of larceny reported Feb. 10 on Davidson-Concord Road.

No one was arrested last week in town, however, officers were busy writing tickets.
DPD issued the following citations that require a mandatory court appearance:

- Jonathan Lee Bailey, 56, was cited on I-77 and charged with driving while license revoked
- Christopher Alan Patton, Jr., 22, was cited on Concord Road and charged with driving while license revoked
- Cory Michael Ridenhour, 28, was cited on Griffith Street and charged with driving while license revoked and displaying a revoked tag
DPD issued numerous citations that did not require a court appearance:
- Speeding — 18
- Expired tags — 11
- Expired inspection — 5
- No driver’s license — 4
- Stop sign violation — 1
