2021 Lake Norman Bike Expo Set For May 8: How To Register
The Lake Norman Bike Expo is coming up in Davidson. Here's what you need to know to join the fun.
DAVIDSON, NC — The annual Lake Norman Bike Expo is set for Saturday, May 8 in Davidson, and will include family and community bike rides.
The event will take place at Plum Creek Park, located at 18928 Bartlett Creek Drive in Davidson, running from 9 a.m. until noon.

- 10-mile Community Ride for ages 14 and up — The guided greenway rides start times are staggered at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
- 2-mile Family Ride — start time is at 10:30 a.m.
- Kid's Bike Rodeo — 10 a.m. until noon
"The event is free but preregistration for the Community Bike Ride is required," organizers said. "Registration for the family bike ride is not required. Anyone age 14 and older is welcome; participants ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult. A bike helmet is required for all activities, if you are having difficulty affording a bike helmet for yourself or your child we may be able to help, please email our team at dpr@townofdavidson.org."
