DAVIDSON, NC -- Mother’s Day this year is Sunday, May 14, and it’s not too early to start coming up with a plan to make your mom feel special. Many Davidson and Cornelius restaurants will be celebrating Mother’s Day with special menus and promotions.

Here are a list of area restaurants that Yelp reviewers say are best for Mother’s Day Brunch:

  • Block Bistro -- 13812 Cinnabar Pl., Huntersville, (704) 947-5109. “We were here for Mother's Day brunch last year year and it was great. Now we are here for dinner for our first time because I was craving a Ruben. They did not disappoint! Dinner was awesome!” said Denise C. in her Yelp review.

The steak was cooked perfectly and beautifully prepared, mashed potatoes perfectly seasoned and octopus you could eat all day. This was easily the best meal I've had in quite a while,” said Katie W.
