Construction To Shut Down Davidson Road For 3 Months

Construction on the WestBranch development project will shut down Robert Walker Drive for three months starting Sept. 25.

DAVIDSON, NC -- Robert Walker Drive will soon shut down to vehicle and pedestrian traffic for three months as part of the WestBranch development construction project, the Town of Davidson said.

The closure will begin Monday, Sept. 25 and vehicle traffic will be detoured to WestBranch Parkway, which is a new road. There is also a new sidewalk along Davidson-Concord Road that will allow foot traffic to access the greenway.

More information about the project may be found on the Town of Davidson’s website here.
