Davidson Commissioners Set To Meet Jan. 28: Agenda
Davidson's Board of Commissioners will consider a temporary waiver to the town's alcohol ordinance for post-race celebrations.
DAVIDSON, NC — Davidson’s Board of Commissioners is set to meet Tuesday, Jan. 28 to hear a number of items, including a review of an audit on the town’s financial statements, adoption of a code of ethics and the consideration of a temporary waiver to the town’s alcohol ordinance for post-race celebrations.
The Team Summit Foundation is requesting the temporary alcohol waiver for its upcoming Twilight Racing Series competitions March 14 and Oct. 24, according to the town.
Commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. in a closed session meeting with an attorney.

The public portion of the meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall Board Room at 216 S. Main Street.
