DAVIDSON, NC — An assault on a female, two larcenies, a violation of a domestic violence protective order and a dog bite on Harper Lee Street in the St. Albans neighborhood were all reported in Davidson last week, according to the police department.

Police issued 30 citations for various offenses that do not require a court appearance, Davidson Police Department said..

Michael Allen Yates, 47, was arrested on Jetton Street on Sept. 7, and was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and damage to real property.
