Easter Egg Hunt, Flower Planting Set For April 7 In Davidson

DAVIDSON, NC — Kids looking to celebrate Easter early will have an opportunity Sunday, April 7 in Davidson, with an Easter egg hunt and flower pot planting event at The Bradford Store.

The event, which costs $5 per child and runs from 3 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., is also a fundraiser for the Bags of Hope nonprofit organization that distributes free food provisions to students experiencing food insecurity.

Here’s what organizers say about the April 7 event:
“Each child will participate in an Easter egg hunt, and then plant seeds in a flower pot they'll get to take home!

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Bradford Store, alongside the owners of McLeod Organics. You'll have an opportunity to see the chickens roaming the farm, shop organic and local goods, and enjoy a fun afternoon outside.

This is a perfect event for children of all ages to participate because we will only have a maximum of 65 children. Keeping it small means the little ones will get to participate in the egg hunt in a fun and safe way!”

The Bradford Store is located at 15915 Davidson-Concord Road in Davidson.
