and community residents are invited to participate. Davidson’s MHC was created in October 2020 and is composed of community members, town employees, and community partners. The committee’s goal, as it works closely with Davidson LifeLife, is to plan and implement ways to enhance the mental well-being of those living and working within the Davidson community.

These Community Conversation sessions are designed to foster general discussion about stigma and mental well-being as well as provide guidance for future programming to increase resilience, increase mental health awareness, and prevent suicide.

This first group of three sessions will include 15 individuals from Davidson (ages 18+) and be held on May 13, 20, and 27 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. To sign up to participate, please click here. Based on the latest local or state COVID-19 guidelines and the weather, a determination will be made if it is safe to gather in-person outdoors.

We hope you’ll join us to continue the journey towards community resilience!
