Larcenies, Dog Bites, Assault: This Week's Crimes In Davidson

DAVIDSON, NC — Davidson police received reports of numerous crimes around town this week, including two dog bites, and assault cases on Delburg and Potts streets.

According to the police department blotter, there were two arrests made in town last week.

Victor Springs, 63, was arrested May 29 on Gamble Street and charged with a warrant for arrest for habitual larceny.

Sergei Judson Pierson, 22, was arrested May 30 on Harbour Place Drive and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Here's a rundown of the crimes reported to Davidson Police Department:

• May 27 — Larceny (misdemeanor), Queens Trail Drive
• May 28 — Larceny (felony), Kenmare Crossing Road
• May 28 — Dog bite, Torrence Circle
• May 29 — Simple assault, Delburg Street
• May 29 — Assault on a female, Potts Street
• May 30 — Contribute to a delinquency of a minor, Harbour Place Drive
• May 30 — Dog bite, Churchill Road

Officers did not issue any citations between May 26 and June 1 that require a mandatory court appearance.

DPD also issued three speeding citations, which do not require a court appearance.
