Man Arrested For DWI, Hit And Run In Davidson

A 36-year-old man was also arrested on Westmoreland Farm Road and charged probation violation, Davidson police said.

DAVIDSON, NC — A 23-year-old man was arrested this past week in Davidson and charged with driving while impaired and hit and run, according to this week's police blotter. Davidson police also issued several citations for driving without insurance, drug possession and shoplifting.

Justin Martin, 23, was arrested April 7 on Concord Road and charged with DWI, as well as hit and run with property damage and possession of a controlled substance. Johann D Fleming, 36, was arrested April 8 due to an order for arrest from Iredell County stemming from a probation violation.
