Man Arrested For Felony Possession of Marijuana: Davidson PD
A 19-year-old was arrested on Davidson-Concord Road and charged with felony possession of marijuana, police said.
DAVIDSON, NC — A 19-year-old man was arrested for felony possession of marijuana this past week in Davidson, according to this week’s police blotter. Davidson police also issued several citations for driving while under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jason Charles Lott, 42, was arrested March 28 on Grey Road and charged with DWI. Andrew Jonathan Lee, 19, was arrested March 31 and charged with marijuana possession with intent to sell. Davidson Police Department also made an arrest for misdemeanor larceny and an order for arrest from Stanley County.
In addition, officers issued several citations for possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as a case of a driver displaying a fictitious tag on their vehicle.
