Beginning Wednesday, October 13, 2021, Mecklenburg County residents will be able to review the 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

Mecklenburg County is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to submit the CAPER each year. This report provides residents with a summary of the annual accomplishments of the CDBG program, and the effect program activities have on low and moderate-income households.

The 2020 CAPER can be downloaded below or requests for hard copies can be sent to the attention of Timmothy Tibbs at TimmothyTibbs@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov or (980) 314-2915.
