Town Of Davidson Launches Summer Weekend Boat Rental Program
The Town of Davidson will start renting kayaks, paddleboards and canoes this weekend on Lake Davidson.
DAVIDSON, NC -- Want to get out on the water but don’t have a boat? The Town of Davidson is kicking off a summer weekend boat rental program beginning June 4.
Every summer during the summer months, the town’s parks and recreation department will make available for renting its two paddle boards, a double kayak, a canoe and six single kayaks for use at the Lake Davidson Nature Preserve.
The rental charge is $15 for adults who are Davidson residents and $20 for non residents. Children 5-17 are free when accompanied by an adult.
