Two Week Road Closure Planned For Davidson Sewer Project
Charlotte Water will soon begin replacing a sewer pipe along Lorimer Road. Here's what you need to know about road closures.
DAVIDSON, NC — Lorimer Road will soon close to traffic in phases while crews replace a sewer pipe, the Town of Davidson announced Tuesday.
The two week project is expected to run from Dec. 9 through Dec. 20, weather permitting.

- Closed: Lorimer Road between 206 Lorimer Rd and 210 Lorimer Road. Hillside Drive residents will have access to Hillside Drive.
- Detour: Use College Drive to Concord Road.
Crews will complete temporary restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The roadway surface will not be impacted.
