Vehicle Break-In Reported On Davidson-Concord Road: DPD

A larceny was also reported on Ryker Way, police said. Here's a rundown of recent crime reports in Davidson.

DAVIDSON, NC — Two drivers were cited in Davidson for displaying fake or revoked vehicle tags, according to the Davidson Police Department.

Ricardo Antonio Johnson, 27, was cited Nov. 26 during a traffic stop on Griffith Street, and charged with driving with a revoked license and displaying a fictitious tag. The next day, Ignacio Hernandez, 49, was also stopped on Griffith Street and charged with displaying a revoked tag, according to DPD.

Tiffany Marie Jones, 32, was cited for driving with a revoked license Nov. 30 during a traffic stop on Concord Road.

According to DPD records, four crimes were reported last week, and included a misdemeanor larceny case on Ryker Way, a vehicle break in on Davidson Concord Road, damage to property and larcney on Mock Road and a case of false pretense reported on Lauren Lane.

Police made one arrest in Davidson within the last week, according to the police department's blotter. Hayden Starnes Hoffman, 24, was arrested Dec. 2 on Pine Road on an arrest order from Guilford County, Davidson Police Department said.

Police issued at least 33 citations for various offenses that do not require a court appearance, which included:

  • Speeding — 17
  • Expired tag — 8
  • Expired inspection — 1
  • No operator's license — 4
  • Stop light/ sign violation — 3
