Woman Arrested For Assault On St. Albans Lane: Davidson Police
There was one arrest in town last week and one break-in reported, police said. Here's a rundown of crime reports around Davidson.

DAVIDSON, NC — A 38-year-old woman was arrested and charged for simple assault in Davidson this past week, according to the Davidson Police Department.
Leslie Evans Beckham, 38, was arrested on St. Albans Lane Oct. 17 on a magistrate order on the misdemeanor charge, and her bond was set at $500, according to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.
Last week, DPD received reports of two simple assaults, one assault with a deadly weapon on Sweet Magnolia Court, and a breaking and entering case with larceny on Caite Ridge Road, according to police records.

Police issued 24 citations for various offenses that do not require a court appearance, which included:
