• Former JROTC teacher at TC Roberson pleads guilty to child sex charge (citizen-times.com) — A former JROTC instructor who lives in Fletcher has been sentenced to supervised probation after pleading guilty to a felony indecent liberties charge involving a student at TC Roberson High School in South Asheville. The retired Air Force master sergeant must register as a sex offender, serve a suspended prison term, and have no contact with the victim.
