20th Engineers Brigade Change of Command
Welcome Col. James Raymer, farewell Col. Richard Kaiser.

Tuesday morning at Rafferty Field was the site for the 20th Engineer Brigade Change of Command Ceremony. Col. Richard Kaiser relinquished command to Col. James Raymer.
Raymer, a native of Latrobe, Penn., most recently served in NATO
Training Mission - Afghanistan and Combined Security Transition Command -
Afghanistan.
Commissioned into the Army from the United States Military Academy in 1989, he branched Engineers. Raymer is a graduate of the U.S. Army Engineer Officer Basic and Infantry Officer Advanced courses, the U.S. Army Combined Arms and Services Staff School, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, the School for Advanced Military Studies, the Joint and Combined Warfighting School at the Joint Forces Staff College and the U.S. Army War College.
Raymer is married with four children.
