Kangaroo Express, the leading independently operated convenience store chain in the southeastern United States, operated by The Pantry, Inc. (Nasdaq: PTRY), today announced 10 stores in the Fayetteville area now feature new store offerings and upgraded appearances as part of the “New at the Roo” program, including upgraded Bean Street Coffee offers and a broader assortment of fresh foods. This is the third round of investments to Fayetteville-area stores as part of the program, adding to 25 stores refreshed earlier this year.
To celebrate its investment in the local Fayetteville community, Kangaroo Express stores throughout the area will be celebrating with special offers, fun family activities, and a total of $7,500 in donations to local youth organizations including Mary McArthur Elementary School and Cameron Boys Camp, an extension of Baptist Children’s Homes of NC, Inc.
Guests who visit Kangaroo Express stores enjoy a fast, friendly and clean store environment. As part of the “New at the Roo” program, participating stores will feature upgraded Bean Street Coffee dispensers, designed to preserve the freshness of the coffee. The spacious serving stations will have upgraded coffee accessories including a wide variety of coffee flavors and additions such as extra boosts of caffeine and whipped topping, allowing guests to customize their cup of Bean Street Coffee.
