Army ROTC at FSU Guarantees Job Security

Reserve Officer Training Corps at Fayetteville State offers a diverse collegiate experience.

Fayetteville State University offers students of the Army’s Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) the position of a second lieutenant following their graduation.

Fayetteville State is one of the 12 colleges in the University of North Carolina system that provides a source for the Army’s ROTC program.
By becoming part of the ROTC university's program, students are not joining the army, but instead taking ROTC classes that count toward collegiate electives.

ROTC programs include both in-class and out-of-class training, including river rafting, mountain climbing and general physical course training.
