Cat, dogs or nothing at all?
Just a friendly debate on why your choice of animals might be better then my choice of animals

When I tell people I have 4 cats they look at me like I grew a horn out of my forehead before their very eyes..."4 cats! But why?"....well, why not? That question always confuses me to be perfectly honest. Especially when you ask a person with dogs that same question and they reply with 3 or 4 and no one bats an eye. Am I missing something here? I think people just assume since I have cats, my house has furballs all over the place, reeks of cat pee, there are kittens hiding under the couch, my furniture is shredded like cheddar and there are old open cans of tuna strewn about lol. But au contraire, exactly the opposite I tell you. Yes, I do have a litterbox, and yes, it stinks when it gets used...then again so does my bathroom lol. I've been to many a house where a dog (which, btw, I love all animals, especially mine, and don't hate dogs or anything of the sort ) has been so excited to greet a new person, it "happy pees" a bit and the owner just leaves it, or "gets it later". My cat's never smell like a cat, unlike dogs my friends may have that smell like dog, in turn, making the house, smell like dog. Perhaps my sniffer is just atuned to cats. My question is this, cats, dogs, pet of your choice, or no furbabies for you and why?
Oh and if you choose to respond, let's have a good response, not Captain Obvious with "well if you bathe your pets/clean your house it won't smell"....thanks, we know that.
