Fighting my own War...

How do you make others understand a feeling of passion? I have quit A LOT of things in my life but I want this so bad it hurts! What am i talking about? My Bachelors Degree.

I got pregnant with my son when I was 19 and that was the end of my road to get my Bachelors until the last two years when I have been blessed to go back to school. I graduated with my Associates Degree in 2010, but the past year has created many obstacles pushing me to have to make the decision to put my education on the back burner. I promised myself that I would be back in school for the Spring semester 2012, but already I feel like things are quickly making it seem impossible to go back to school in January.

I have said to multiple people over the past few weeks that there are many things I am willing to sacrifice to support my family, my husband with PTSD, my son with Aspergers, and everything else, but I will NO LONGER lay down and put my dreams on hold. Is this wrong of me? I can still be a good wife, mother, daughter, daughter in-law, employee, etc. and go to school. Why does nobody believe me? I know my track record does not show that I am very good at following things through to the end, but why can you not see it in my eyes? Why can you not see how much I want this? Need this? Why do you just not get it?

Here is to 2012!!! You better be ready for me 2012, 'cause I am coming even if you are not ready!!
