Fort Bragg Gym Options=Affordable

Are you paying for a gym or CrossFit membership as a military i.d. card holder? Fort Bragg and Pope have gyms that equate to the facilities off post, to include cardio classes.

The gyms on Fort Bragg even have the specific CrossFit equipment needed and post the WOD (workout of the day) on the board to do on your own, or with friends.

Did I mention they gyms on post are FREE? For some of the cardio classes there might be a charge, but not at Pope. They even have a smoothie bar and one can make appointments for a sports massage (not free, by the way).

In the effort to save money, why not try out the facilities desgined for the military and its families?
