Description: Teens, show off your talent. Submit your artwork for display at West Regional Library throughout the month of October. Prizes include ribbons and gift cards for teens who choose to compete. Competition is not required for submission. This program is made possible through the Dollar General Literacy Foundation and the Young Adult Library Services Association.
