'Fayetteville After 5' is a Hit with Residents

Fayetteville After Five, a free live music event for residents, returns Thursday to Festival Park in downtown Fayetteville.

Fayetteville After Five, a Dogwood Festival Sponsored event, is a popular concert series that takes place every third Thursday of each month during the summer. Beginning in May and ending in September, the event includes a corn hole tournament, a 50/50 raffle and activities for children. This month, attendees can enjoy music by 14 K Gold and the feature music presentation by The Embers.  

Upcoming performances at Fayetteville After Five include Suicide Blonde on Aug. 18, and The band of Oz on Sept. 15.

Free Admission
Admission is free, though Fayetteville After Five is a fundraiser for the local Fayetteville Dogwood Festival, Wolf Pack, and Professional Load Masters Association.  

Guidelines
Food and beverage are available on site; outside food and beverages and not permitted in the park during this event. Coolers, pets and bicycles are prohibited, but lawn chairs and blankets are highly recommended.
Gates to the park open at 5 p.m. The event ends at 9:30 p.m.
