Mary Bill's Cafe in the Eutaw Shopping Center is the hidden jewel that holds this pie with such fantastic desserts that everyone in the 'Ville needs to know about.

The owner, Mary, has been at this current location for five years, many will remember her prior location on Skibo Road as 'Mary Do's Deli' and might have wondered where she went. She was there for six years and has been cooking ever since.

This Cafe of Mary's is off the beaten path, yet everyone goes into this shopping center at some time or another.
 
It's close to DMV on the first floor level. Her front door is behind the circular staircase on the end corner.
 
Mary has however, much more than just pie. The Cafe features delicious homemade breakfast like my Grandma used to make. As well as fantastic lunches filled to the brim and all, homemade and satisfying.
 
Mary starts her day early and closes by 3:00 p.m. So you can partake in breakfast anytime throughout the day, or lunch, any hour in the morning. She aims to please and I know you'll not only walk away full, but dreaming of that dessert you saw in Mary's dessert case.
 
Her menu is varied and sure to suit the soul. Monday through Sunday I might add.

Omelettes that are out of this world, sandwiches that you can sink your teeth into. Fresh homemade delicious gluten free soups and don't forget - The Pie!

But take one look at the pictures which prove the drive to get some of her homemade delicious, delectable desserts I so swoon over.

My personal favorite you might of guessed is the Mile High Pie to the Sky. Her luscious Coconut Meringue. I've tasted her Italian Cake and that, I would bring to a dinner party to impress all of the guests.

It's light and fluffy filling, super rich with a moist cake that only a true baker, who loves her craft, can achieve.

There was TLC in that cake. I knew it at the very first bite.

Tell her I sent you. Surely you will be pleased beyond a shadow of a doubt.
I'd never lie over Mile High Pie. You have my word.

One taste of her 3 pound Apple Pie and you'll order ahead for the Holiday's. I'm sure she'll be making Pumpkin Pie by then. And how bout some homemade Chicken Pot Pie. Say Mary ... I'm having some friends over for dinner, what can you do me for?
