A canvas of the Hammond Hills neighborhood resulted in Fort Bragg law enforcement issuing a ‘be on the lookout’ notice for a white sedan that had been seen in the area at early hours of the day.  Based on this information, in the early morning of Jan. 1, a Military Police Investigator alerted patrols to a vehicle matching the description of the suspected vehicle.

Two men who were riding in the car were detained and an inspection of the vehicle revealed a flat screen television.  Fort Bragg law enforcement then coordinated with the Fayetteville Police Department to execute a search warrant of the suspects’ residence, where civilian police found numerous items of interest.
