Description
Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers and meeting or exceeding expectations and requirement s of DeCA. This requires a defined level of management experience. The manager will be responsible for all functions of receiving/preparation and stocking of merchandise and custodial operations to the company standards,

PERSONAL SKILLS.
Exceptional interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training. Be able to manage an operation of approximately 50 people. Must have superior Management skill and be able to lead a successful team in the completion of all functions on a daily basis.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of five years experience in successfully managing 50 or more individuals. Military experience is considered to be a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos [in English]. Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to perform all computer functions and emails.
REASONING ABILITY.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
Complete Company's training including but not limited to: contract requirements, new hire orientation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge.
