Froggy Bottoms Owner Jailed on Outstanding Warrants

The arrest of the Fayetteville, N.C., business owner is unrelated to the Kelli Bordeaux investigation.

Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputies and members of the U.S. Marshall’s Office have a local business owner in custody on outstanding warrants.

49-year old Steven Cantrell of the 300 block of Lynn Avenue, Fayetteville is the owner of Froggy Bottoms on Ramsey Street.  He was arrested today, April 23, 2012 for failing to appear in a Cumberland County courtroom on a driving while impaired charge in 2001, according to Debbie Tanna, Public Information Officer.

The warrants are unrelated to the disappearance of Kelli Bordeaux, who was last seen at the bar.

Meanwhile, FBI agents have warrants for Cantrell’s arrest in Boston, Massachusetts for failing to pay $400,000 in child support payments to three different women.
